RODA HIRAMANEK, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the Court's September 12, 2021 San Francisco, California trial calendar. On August 29 respondent notified the Court that petitioner had died. Respondent recently reported that he still hasn't found a death certificate and been able to identify next of kin. Respondent's suggestion to report again in three months is reasonable, but the Court suggests if no information can be found that it might then be time to move to dismiss the case for lack of prosecution.

ORDERED that on or before June 2, 2023 respondent shall file an appropriate motion or a status report to inform the Court about progress in identifying a representative for petitioner's estate.
