Respondents having moved to dismiss the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oswego on April 6, 2018, on the ground that appellant failed to perfect timely the appeal, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Brittany L. Hannah, Esq., dated July 19, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, to the extent that the appeal is dismissed without costs for failure to perfect timely, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
