ORDER


For the reasons set forth in a contemporaneously filed Memorandum Opinion, Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. #17] is DENIED in part and GRANTED in part. The motion is DENIED as to Ms. Hinton's First Amendment claim and the individual defendants' defense of qualified immunity. Defendants' motion is GRANTED as to Ms. Hinton's other constitutional claims of due process and equal protection violations as well as to her claim under state tort law for wrongful discharge.
