By Notice dated December 23, 2022, this case is calendared for trial at the Court's San Francisco, California trial session commencing April 17, 2023. On March 29, 2023, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss For Lack of Jurisdiction on the basis that the petition was not timely filed. The Court will provide petitioner an opportunity to file an objection to the motion.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before April 14, 2023, file a written objection to the above-referenced motion. Any objection filed shall state with specificity the reason(s) for the objection.
