ORDER

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 11, 2022, for cases in which Salt Lake City, Utah, is the place of trial.

On September 28, 2022, the Court conducted a conference call with the parties. During that conference call, petitioner requested a continuance of this case, to which respondent did not object. Additionally, respondent requested that the undersigned retain jurisdiction of this case.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 11, 2022, Salt Lake City, Utah, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 28, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
