ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 144evidence as to ownership of assets by decedent insufficient. In an action against stock brokers to recover the market value of certain stock and a credit balance standing in decedent's name, the evidence showed that ownership was in another.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. ROMAN E. POSANSKI, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at April term, 1939.
