This case was calendared for trial at the Court's February 14, 2022, San Francisco, trial session. Due to concerns relating to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases driven by the circulation of the highly contagious Omicron variant, the above-referenced in-person trial session was changed to a remote proceeding. On January 27, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the status of the case. The parties are working together and preparing the case for trial. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for a remote trial during the Court's February 14, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote trial session at a date and time certain of Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Counsel for the parties, witnesses, and petitioner are excused from the calendar call on Monday, February 14, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the deadlines set forth in the Standing Pretrial Order shall be calculated based on the actual trial date of February 17, 2022.

The parties shall use the same Zoom information set forth in the Notice of Change to Remote Proceeding.
