Appellant's motion for rehearing is granted. This court's opinion dated June 3, 1998 is withdrawn and the opinion below is substituted therefor.

We find no error in, and thus affirm, appellant's convictions and sentences. See Floyd v. State, 707 So.2d 833 (Fla. 1st DCA 1998) and Scott v. State, 700 So.2d 470 (Fla. 1st DCA 1997), rev. granted, 707 So.2d 1196 (Fla. 1998).
