The clerk's record is incomplete because it does not include a copy of the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal.

We ORDER the Honorable Audra Riley, Presiding Judge, Criminal District No. 3, Dallas County, to transmit to the district clerk within TEN DAYS of the date of this order a signed trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal of the order denying appellant's application for writ of habeas corpus that accurately reflects the trial court proceedings and the defendant's right of appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 25.2(a), (d). We ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file on or before MARCH 6, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Audra Riley, Presiding Judge, Criminal District No. 3, Dallas County; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; and counsel for all parties.
