Before the Court is court reporter Robyn M. Rodriguez's "third and final" request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. We GRANT Ms. Rodriguez's request, and we ORDER her to file the complete reporter's record on or before FEBRUARY 23, 2024.
We caution Ms. Rodriguez that the failure to file the complete reporter's record by February 23, 2024 will result in the Court utilizing whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Rodriguez not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Robyn M. Rodriguez, Court Reporter, and counsel for all parties.
