LeAnn Marie Hilton, Andrea Skola, Appellant//Cross-Appellant, v. Andrea Skola, LeAnn Marie Hilton, Appellee//Cross-Appellee.

FROM THE 250TH DISTRICT COURT OF TRAVIS COUNTY NO. D-1-GN-23-002920, THE HONORABLE MAYA GUERRA GAMBLE, JUDGE PRESIDING

Before Chief Justice Byrne, Justices Triana and Kelly Abated

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

The Appellant/Cross-Appellee LeAnn Marie Hilton has filed an agreed motion to abate this appeal pending the trial court's ruling on a post-judgment motion to modify. Hilton represents that the trial court's ruling on the pending motion may moot some or all of the issues on appeal. Accordingly, we grant the agreed motion and abate this appeal. All appellate deadlines will be tolled during the period of abatement. Absent further order of this Court, this appeal will be automatically reinstated on July 1, 2024. The parties are directed to file either a motion to dismiss or a joint status report by that date.
