Appeal, No. 274, Jan. T., 1961, from order of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1960, No. 251, reversing order of Court of Common Pleas No. 1 of Philadelphia County, Sept. T., 1957, No. 2767, in case of Helen Hilscher v. Fred Ickinger et al. Order affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 194 Pa. Super. 237.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before ULLMAN, J.

Verdict for plaintiff in the sum of $3,000.00; defendants' motion for judgment non obstante veredicto refused but plaintiff's motion for new trial granted. Defendants appealed to Superior Court which affirmed the order refusing judgment non obstante veredicto and reversed order granting new trial, opinion by WOODSIDE, J. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.

The order of the Superior Court, reversing the new trial order of the court below and directing that judgment be entered on the verdict for the plaintiff, is affirmed on the opinion of Judge WOODSIDE, reported at 194 Pa. Super. 237, 166 A.2d 678.
