This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's June 17, 2022, Houston, Texas, special trial session. On June 6, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case. As discussed during the conference call, to give the parties additional time to review documents and engage in possible settlement discussions, the Court will strike the case from the Court's June 17, 2022, Houston, Texas, special trial session. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's June 17, 2022, Houston, Texas, special trial session, and the above special trial session is canceled. It is further
