This case is currently set for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session. On January 20, 2022, the parties filed a First Stipulation of Settled Issues resolving the majority of the issues of this case (Doc. 30) and a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 31). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Motion for Continuance of Trial is granted in that this case is stricken from the January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 22, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document. It is further
