This case was calendared for trial during the Court's May 22, 2023, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. Samantha Galvin, an LITC attorney, spoke on the record based on a limited entry of appearance. The parties were directed to file a stipulated decision document on or before July 21, 2023.

On July 21, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 34) informing the Court that "[r]espondent requested adjustments to be made to petitioner's account." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 7, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
