ORDER

Joseph Robert Goeke, Judge

On August 4, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report and stated that the settlement officer "drafted a supplemental notice of determination and submitted it to respondent's counsel for review". Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent is directed on or before August 22, 2022, to file with the Court a report explaining why it was acceptable for respondent to review the supplemental notice of determination before it was given to petitioner and why that did not compromise the independence of the settlement officer.
