149 So. 3d 13 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2014)

Opinion

No. 2D13–4869.

2014-02-28

HILLSBOROUGH COMMUNITY COLLEGE, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. Brian LANE, Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

The petition for writ of certiorari is denied; misapplication of the law does not constitute a sufficient departure to grant the writ. See Town of Longboat Key v. Islandside Property Owners Coalition, LLC, 95 So.3d 1037, 1039 (Fla. 2d DCA 2012). However, this denial is not determinative of any issues the petitioner may raise on direct appeal.

WALLACE, LaROSE, and BLACK, JJ., Concur.
