ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On July 16, 2021, the Court issued an Order To Show Cause directing petitioner to show cause, on or before August 16, 2021, why this case qualifies to be conducted under the Court's small tax case procedures, as the amount in dispute appears to exceed $50, 000.00. No response has been received from petitioner.

Accordingly and for cause, it appearing that this case is ineligible to be conducted under the small tax case procedures, it is ORDERED that the Court's Order To Show Cause, issued July 16, 20215, is made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall continue to process this case to trial or other disposition as a regular tax case.
