Appellant James Hills having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on January 24, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of James Hills sworn to January 5, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Destin C. Santacrose, Esq., sworn to January 13, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 7, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 6, 2015, and inserting in its place the date March 9, 2015.
