ORDER

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency was called from the calendar in Detroit, Michigan, on September 23, 2024, for hearing on respondent's motion to dismiss for failure properly to prosecute, filed July 22, 2024. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

Prior to the hearing the Court was informally advised that petitioner was incarcerated. Respondent's counsel confirmed that representation during the hearing.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is denied. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued generally.
