This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is presently set for trial during the Detroit, Michigan, trial session scheduled to being in that city on September 23, 2024. In response to an informal communication with the Court made by letter filed September 16, 2024, it is

ORDERED that petitioner is excused from appearing in this case on September 23, 2024, as previously directed. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court serve a copy of the above-referenced letter on respondent.

The Court will take further action in this case as it deems appropriate.
