Order, so far as appealed from, denying defendant's motion for a bill of particulars as to items 7 and 8 of the notice of motion, unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion granted in toto. Verified bill of particulars to be served within ten days after service of order. No opinion.
