Respondent-appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Cayuga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 15, 2014, and November 18, 2014, and for an order correcting a defect in the notice of appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. CAF 14-02134,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Maureen N. Polen, Esq., sworn to May 29, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks consolidation of the appeals is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed November 19, 2014, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered November 18, 2014.
