This petition for habeas corpus is currently stayed pending a decision from the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit inWhite v. Scibana, No. 04-2410. Petitioner Michael Hill has filed a motion for appointment of counsel, which is DENIED. Regardless whether the court of appeals affirms or reversesWhite, its decision should resolve the legal issue in this case, making appointment of counsel unnecessary.
