Application for permission to appeal from order of Supreme Court, Sullivan County, dated June 29, 2023, for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications for permission to appeal are referred to Justice Fisher, who makes the following decision: Applications denied, without costs, as unnecessary. The orders sought to be appealed from were appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701 [a] [1], [2]; 7011). It is further

ORDERED that the application for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel is denied, without costs.
