The orders of dismissal without prejudice are vacated. The former wife is to file the disputed transcripts within fifteen days of the trial court's receipt of this rescript, the Register is to assemble the record, notify the parties and the clerk of the Appeals Court of assembly, and transmit two copies of the docket entries to the Appeals Court.
