Decision released November 12, 1985

Action to discharge a lien against certain of the plaintiffs' property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Danbury, where the court, Sullivan, J., granted the plaintiffs' motion for default and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, Geen, J., denied the defendant's motion to open and set aside the default judgment and the defendant appealed to this court. No error.

James B. Mason, with whom, on the brief, was Richard F. Gereg, for the appellant (defendant).

The defendant appeals from the denial of his motion to open a default judgment rendered against him. This case is controlled by Clapper v. Clapper, 3 Conn. App. 637, 490 A.2d 1030 (1985).
