ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL


Douglas E. Geyman, Esq., counsel for Plaintiff, has filed a motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff. The Court held a hearing on the motion on September 15, 2005. As set forth on the record, the Court GRANTS the motion and permits Mr. Geyman to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff.

Within 30 days from the entry of this order, Plaintiff shall file with the Clerk's Office a notice of his current mailing address or shall have new counsel enter an appearance. Failure to do so shall result in dismissal of this case. Plaintiff is responsible for continuing with all proceedings in this case and complying with all applicable deadlines.

Mr. Geyman shall provide Plaintiff with a notice of the Court's ruling and shall file a proof of service with the Court on or before September 23, 2005.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
