ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On February 18, 2022, petitioner filed in the above-docketed matter an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. However, on March 21, 2022, due to inadvertent clerical error, the Court on March 21, 2022 issued an Order directing payment of the filing fee.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order served March 21, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Application for Wavier of Filing Fee is granted, and the Court is no longer required to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee.
