ORDER

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed September 17, 2024, and heard on November 18, 2024, when the case was called from the calendar for trial during the Miami, Florida trial session of the Court. Respondent appeared and indicated that the Stipulation of Settled Issues, filed November 15, 2024, resolves all of the issues in this case.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is continued, with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before January 17, 2025, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.
