ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's Kansas City, Missouri trial session, scheduled to begin October 21, 2024.

On September 5, 2024, petitioner Daniel Hill filed two motions for continuance and one motion to proceed remotely. As the two motions for continuance have the same contents, we will strike the first from the record. We will direct the Commissioner to file a response to the motion for continuance left standing, as well as the motion to proceed remotely.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Hill's motion for continuance [Doc. 9] filed September 5, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken as duplicative. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 2, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a response to Mr. Hill's motion for continuance. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 2, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a response to Mr. Hill's motion to proceed remotely.
