Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge.

By Order served February 16, 2024, the Court remanded this case back to respondent's Whistleblower Office for further proceedings consistent with respondent's Motion to Remand, filed January 19, 2024. On May 7, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report advising that the Whistleblower Office has made progress by reviewing relevant files and requesting additional time to complete its remand review.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before July 8, 2024, file with the Court a further written report (joint or separate) regarding the then present status of this case.
