ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On August 26, 2021, respondent filed an answer to the petition. Thereafter, on September 27, 2021, respondent filed a second answer to the petition. Upon review, the second answer is largely a duplicate of the first, except that a complete copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based has been attached to the second answer. Accordingly, the Court will strike the first answer.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's answer, filed August 26, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case. 1
