LARRY D. HILL, JR., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On December 27, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the filing fee was not paid. On January 17, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Vacate, in which he states that he paid the filing fee. Further review shows that the filing fee was paid on January 3, 2023, and applied to petitioner's case at Docket No. 22531-22.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Vacate is granted in that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on December 27, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's filing fee of $60.00 is waived in this case.
