On January 30, 2023, petitioner filed a motion for continuance. This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Mobile, Alabama trial session on February 22, 2023. Counsel for both parties appeared and were heard. This case was recalled the same afternoon. At recall, counsel for petitioner made an oral motion to seal docket entries 4, 10, 21 and 23. Counsel for respondent did not object. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's motion for continuance, filed January 30, 2023, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's oral motion to seal docket entries 4, 10, 21 and 23 is denied without prejudice. Petitioner has leave to file a written motion to seal until March 24, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 24, 2023, file a proposed stipulated decision or status reports detailing the then-present status of the case.
