On August 6, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Among other things, attached as Exhibit B to respondent's motion is a copy of petitioner's account transcript for tax year 2018 which is not completely legible. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 1, 2021, respondent shall file a First Supplement to his motion to dismiss and attach thereto, a legible copy of petitioner's account transcript for 2018.
