IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that this action is dismissed pursuant to the November 30, 2023 Decision and Order of Chief Judge Brenda K. Sannes which ORDERED that plaintiff file an amended complaint within thirty days or this action is DISMISSED without prejudice without further order of this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B) and 1915A for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted; and pursuant to the April 17, 2024 Text Order of Chief Judge Brenda K. Sannes. Plaintiff has failed to submit an amended complaint as directed.
