Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, on the ground that the facts disclosed by the motion papers clearly establish the right of the defendants to be apprised of the items which the plaintiff intends to assail as fraudulent upon the trial. Motion for bill of particulars granted, with costs. Hirschberg, P.J., Bartlett, Woodward, Jenks and Rich, JJ., concurred.
