MEMORANDUM OPINION


The trial court clerk has notified the Court that Appellant has failed to pay the fee for preparation of the clerk's record. The Clerk of this Court advised Appellant that the appeal would be dismissed if the necessary arrangements were not made for the filing of the clerk's record within ten days. Appellant has failed to comply. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b).
