Separate appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 9, 2015, And, an order of this Court, entered on October 13, 2016 (M-4016 and M-4074), having, inter alia, consolidated the aforesaid appeals, And, defendants-appellants, Spiegel, Brown, Fichera & Cote, LLP and Donald D. Brown, Jr., having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect their appeal [M-6200], And, defendants-appellants, Steven E. Kaufman, P.C., Steven E. Kaufman and Andrew H. Kaufman, having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect their appeal [M-6244], Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals to on or before July 10, 2017 for the September 2017 Term.
