This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session . On October 13, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss this case. The parties reported that they are actively working together to arrive at a basis for settlement, however more time is needed for respondent to obtain computations.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's October 13, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2021, the parties shall submit to the Court a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
