Appellant Hi Tech Luxury Imports, LLC (Hi Tech), has filed an emergency motion to stay all proceedings in the district court below, pending this Court's resolution of Hi Tech's interlocutory appeal of the district court's order denying Hi Tech's motion to compel arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code § 51.016. We grant the motion in part and temporarily stay the district court proceedings, pending further order of this Court. Appellee is ordered to file a response to appellant's motion to stay no later than March 18, 2019.
It is ordered March 6, 2019. Before Justices Goodwin, Baker, and Triana
