Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. We understand that the plaintiff has limited the scope of the inquiry proposed to the list of customers already submitted by him to the defendant, and that the examination should be confined accordingly. Jenks, P.J., Mills, Rich, Putnam and Kelly, JJ., concurred.
