PRESENT:

Jacob A. Piorkowski, Esq., attorney for the appellant having moved to withdraw as counsel and for an extension of time for appellant to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Chautauqua on September 8, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jacob A. Piorkowski, Esq., dated December 30, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as Shaw & Shaw, P.C., by Jacob A. Piorkowski, Esq., seeks to withdraw as counsel for the appellant is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 11, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 15, 2017, and inserting in its place the date March 15, 2017.
