ORDERED that, for the reasons set forth in the motion, respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to the Tax Year Ended December 31, 2018, and To Strike, is granted in that so much of this case relating to petitioner's 2018 tax year is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
