DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by respondent on appeals from final judgments of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated September 30, 2011, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order of this court dated February 28, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated for the purpose of disposition of respondent's motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay is vacated.
