TRUSTS, § 263insufficiency of evidence to establish oral trust in corporate stock. Evidence held to sustain master's finding, which was approved by chancellor, that deceased owner of corporate stock, in assigning and delivering certificates of such stock to his daughter, had no intent to create oral trust, suit to establish which was not brought until 11 years after its alleged creation.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. WALTER J. LABUY, Judge, presiding. Affirmed in part, reversed in part and remanded. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the June term, 1944.
