Judgment unanimously reversed and order modified by allowing plaintiffs to serve an amended complaint setting forth their individual causes of action under section 209 of the Civil Practice Act, and to amend the title accordingly, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
