In view of plaintiff's departure from her home on February 9, 1921, the order is modified so as to deny her alimony. Counsel fee is reduced to fifty dollars. Otherwise the order is affirmed, without costs. Jenks, P.J., Mills, Putnam, Blackmar and Kelly, JJ., concur.
