On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court


On the authority of Ex parte Hesse, 792 So.2d 1085 (Ala. 2000), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause is remanded to the Circuit Court for Baldwin County with directions for that court to clarify Hesse's sentencing order so that it is consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

McMillan, Cobb, and Fry, JJ., concur; Baschab, J., recuses herself.
